Mt Hood was behind us but it didn't show up in the photo since it wasn't very clear that day.
Bob took us for a boat ride. We had a great time.

We went to Mt St Helens. This valley suffered a lot of damage from the mud slides. The smaller growth you see is where they planted grass and trees. They did that to stop the mud and prevent further damage to peoples homes.

May of next year will mark 30 years since the volcano erupted. As you can see from the hillside behind Alicia in the photo, it is taking a LONG time for growth to creap back up the hill.
This was taken from the Plane when we were leaving Oregon. That is Mt Rainier and Mt Adams.
