Day 3--Early Morning

We are still fighting the jetlag. I slept just short of 4 hours and then layed in bed with my eyes closed for a couple of hours. I am wide awake so thought I would post more pictures. Today we will see the Forbidden City and Teinnamen Square. We then will get a tour of some residential areas of Beijing and maybe a Rickshaw ride. Bernie (our Sunny Ridge Socialworker) said we may not have time for dinner so to bring a substantial snack we could eat on the run. We are going to an acrobat show tonight that is optional, but Greg and I really would like to see that. I have heard it is well worth it! My trail mix bars will be handy for that snack and some crackers I bought at the grocery store the other night.

Also, we are not sure of the connection once we get to Nanchang so don't be surprised if we don't get any updates to this page until after we get to Guangzhou which is a week from Sunday. Hopefully we can get on so you can see photos of Alicia! Gotcha day is tomorrow!!!!! Enjoy the photos on this blog from Yesterday.
